Eric Johannesen is a 3rd generation contractor. He grew up working with his father in construction, he has a Master’s in Architecture, and has built multi-million dollar commercial and residential projects across the US - the depth of his knowledge is crazy - you will be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable builder for your home. Mike Rego is also a 3rd generation contractor; his skills are well honed, and his solutions are genius! Combined they have over 50 years of construction and renovation experience. An un-licensed contractor can take any deposits you hand over to them and disappear, and you have no recourse. The State of Florida has mandated significant criteria to protect homeowners by enforcing strict licensing standards.
